FOOD SAFETY CLASS OFFERED IN VIRGINIA, WEST VIRGINIA and MARYLAND

 
 
 

POTTSTOWN, PA – Paster Training, Inc., the East Coast’s highest volume private food-service industry training company, will be offering 1-day ServSafe® classes and examinations throughout Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland. The 8-hour classroom session follows 8-hours of home study and includes the ServSafe® textbook, lunch and exam. Textbooks are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Exams are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese, Korean, French Canadian, and large print. We offer classroom instruction in English and Spanish.

The TAP Series On-line Food Safety program for managers allows for training outside of the classroom setting. After completing the on-line course, managers may register to take the ServSafe® exam. The exam is administered at the designated course location with registration at 3:45pm and starts promptly at 4:00pm. A score of 75 percent or better is needed on the ServSafe® exam in order to receive a certificate from the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
