POTTSTOWN, PA – Paster Training, Inc., Pennsylvania’s
highest volume private food-service industry training company,
has expanded now in to the Middle Atlantic Region and will
be conducting food safety and alcohol training seminars and
on-location restaurant session in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware
and the District of Columbia in the coming weeks.
Tara Paster, President of the Pottstown, PA based firm said, “Our
mission is to deliver training excellence to all food industry
members via programming that is targeted, effective and relevant.
Our goal is to reach and educate food industry members when,
where and how they need instruction, training and support.”
Mrs. Paster, whose firm stresses industry-wide integrity,
has many years of experience in the restaurant business and
has trained managers for some of the leading restaurants
in the country. A past employee of the Marriott Corporation,
for whom she operated five executive dining rooms, Mrs. Paster
started in the food business at age 16 and then majored in
hotel, restaurant and institutional management in college.
She joined H. T. Rose Enterprises as Director of Marketing
and then served as their Regional Training Consultant. Tara
was a regional training consultant for 134 restaurants in
the Washington, DC market and a district manager for eight
high volume restaurants in North Carolina. She is detail
oriented and currently works with several of the top food
establishments in the Delaware Valley, training employees
in all aspects of professional food service management. In
her sessions she stresses food safety, proper hygiene, food
quality, sanitary environment and the proper ways to handle
food products.
Mrs. Paster also does work in the education field, training
students majoring in food service programs and will conduct
courses at four Penn State campuses in 2005.
