POTTSTOWN, PA – February 15, 2006 – Paster Training, Inc., the nation’s most respected food safety and alcohol training company, rounded out the US team in Torino, Italy ensuring that athletes, workers and enthusiasts make it to the finish line.
Paster Training led the TIPS® (Training for Intervention Procedures) alcohol education program for Anheuser-Busch’s high-profile, highly-publicized and heavily attended Club Bud entertainment facility. Tara Paster, President of Paster Training, trained 45 bartenders and servers at the six-story pyramid-shaped Club Bud nightclub located on the Po River across from Piazza Vittorio. The nightclub which includes a distinctive bar, dance floor, DJ tower, video screens and hot-tub is host to more than 15 private Olympic parties, including the legendary Sports Illustrated event that will attract guests such as Olympic medal winners, sports legends and members of Hollywood's “A” list.
With thousands of people visiting during the Olympic Games, and servers pouring thousands of drinks, Anheuser-Busch was serious about educating their bartenders and servers to practice responsible alcohol service.
“This proves once again that Anheuser-Busch is committed to the responsible sale and service of alcohol all over the world,” says Tara Paster, President of Paster Training.

“We were thrilled to be recruited and trusted with such an important mission. Our experience as the #1 alcohol safety training company in the nation bridged the cultural gaps to bring the best information and education to the Olympic hospitality team.” Says Ms. Paster.
“Training for such a large event and in another country is challenging because the rules are different. We were working in a country where language could be considered a barrier, the drinking age is 18 and the law forbids bartenders and servers to confirm ages through identification and carding. The key to this assignment was providing information that Club Bud workers could easily understand, apply and implement throughout the Olympic festivities.” Comments Ms. Paster.
Much like all of the athletes competing in Torino this month, Paster Training achieved its personal best and delivered training excellence with targeted, effective, and relevant programming.
