ServSafe® Alcohol

ServSafe® Alcohol is a server training course that teaches you and your employees how to responsibly serve alcohol as part of the total service experience you provide for your guests. Recognized by some insurance and state regulators*, this course is broken down into four main training objectives:

• Alcohol Law and Your Responsibility
• Recognizing and Preventing Intoxication
• Checking Identification
• Handling Difficult Situations

After the review, completion and study of the course content, an examination is administered by one of our instructors. Certifications are awarded and mailed to those candidates that achieved a passing grade.
