The CP-FS credential is designed for individuals whose primary responsibility is the protection and safety of food.
Paster Training, Inc. is launching a new website as well as a library of online courses at the upcoming 2014 Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing (NACS) Show. The suite of courses was created by Ready Training Online, an online training solution based in Elizabethtown, PA. This is Paster Training’s first step into online training. The course Paster Training will be showcasing at the show is the SURE Food Safety Manager online course. This course helps participants remain in compliance with their health department’s regulations and can be paired with any ANSI-accredited Food Protection Manager examination.
Paster Training attended, sponsored, and exhibited at the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA) Annual Educational and Training Seminar from May 12 – 15th in Hershey, PA. Tara Paster, President of Paster Training, Inc., was the recipient of the 2014 CASA Award. The CASA Award recognizes members for their outstanding service to the association and achievements in their chosen field of food and drug law enforcement. Tara is the first Associate Member to ever win the CASA award. Another member of the Paster Training team, Jill Barndt, was also recognized for her hard work in preparing for the CASA Seminar.

PTI Consulting Group is led by highly experienced consultants, with extensive regulatory and management experience. This experience includes consulting with numerous food facility operations, from processing to retail.
