GILBERTSVILLE, Pa., May 19, 2014 -- Paster Training attended, sponsored, and exhibited at the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA) Annual Educational and Training Seminar from May 12 – 15th in Hershey, PA. Tara Paster, President of Paster Training, Inc., was the recipient of the 2014 CASA Award. The CASA Award recognizes members for their outstanding service to the association and achievements in their chosen field of food and drug law enforcement. Tara is the first Associate Member to ever win the CASA award. Another member of the Paster Training team, Jill Barndt, was also recognized for her hard work in preparing for the CASA Seminar.

The Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA) was established in 1916 when Food and Drug Officials and interested affiliates joined forces to improve coordination of all jurisdictional levels. This year was the 98th annual seminar for CASA. CASA is comprised of Government and Regulatory members, Associate members from private industry, and Academic members.
