This item is for the purchase of a virtual two-day HACCP Manager Course.
Part of the SURE Series, this course provides participants with the knowledge to develop and write a retail or food service HACCP Plan using the five HACCP Star points training aid. HACCP, or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, is a system comprised of food safety, food defense, and the seven HACCP Principles that are applied to a written food safety program.
The HACCP Food Safety Manager Course is approved by the International HACCP Alliance. This purchase includes a two day virtual instructor led course and the HACCP Food Safety Manager Manual.
