PA Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Server/Seller
The RAMP Server/Seller program was developed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. This program is designed specifically for businesses that have a liquor license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to prevent the sale or service of alcohol to a visibly intoxicated patron or minor. Successful completion will merit a certificate valid for two years in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PTI is not an employee of the PLCB.

Training for Intervention ProcedureS (TiPS)
TIPS® is a dynamic skill-based training program developed by Health Communications, Inc. (HCI), an internationally recognized expert in alcohol server/seller training, to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking. The program enhances the fundamental “people skills” of servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol, equipping them with the tools and confidence they need to recognize potential alcohol-related problems to effectively intervene and prevent alcohol-related tragedies.
